Pearl and pink sapphire Cascade necklace

This "cascade" necklace has the following gemstones, all wire wrapped by hand into this 2.5 inch cascade. Bottom gem is a natural freshwater pearl, followed by moonstones, pink sapphires, clear sapphires, mandarin garnet, sunstone, peach moonstone, stick pearl and small pearls.
